Organic Smoked Salmon from Kinvara Seafood on the west coast of County Galway.

Kinvara use only the finest raw material available - Organic Irish Salmon. The Organic Salmon are reared in the wild and clearwaters of the Atlantic Ocean, 6 kilomteres off the coast of Co Mayo. The location of this marine site is recognised as one of the most exposed in Western Europe. The high water movements generate strong water currents against which the salmon are compelled to swim. Such strong exercise results in fish with a firm flesh and a lower than average fat content.

Kinvara, a small, family run company, employs traditional, age old, smoking techniques in a state of the art HACCP approved Smokehouse to produce an Organic Smoked Salmon that is quite simply the very best available.
